1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the “LIVE” mobile application and its related services (the “Application”), which is owned and operated by SAK Co. for Green Buildings and Facilities Applications (referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account on the Application, browsing the Application, or using any of its services in any manner, you expressly acknowledge and legally accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or any part thereof, you must immediately stop using the Application and cancel your account.
2. Eligibility
To create an account on LIVE and use its services, the user must have full legal capacity, as recognized under Sharia and applicable law, to enter into contracts and assume legal obligations, and must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait, or must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the necessary legal and commercial authorization to engage in such activities.
The user represents that all information provided to the Application is true, accurate, and up to date. Creating more than one account using the same email address or phone number is strictly prohibited.
The Application reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without any liability or obligation to provide compensation.
3. User Accounts
The user is solely and fully legally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username and password, and for all activities, transactions, and purchases made through their account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
The user must immediately notify the Application’s administration of any unauthorized use of or breach of their account.
Sharing, transferring, or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
The Application reserves the right to delete or freeze any account that is proven to have remained inactive or has not been logged into for twelve (12) consecutive months, without giving rise to any right for the user to claim compensation.
4. Platform Services
At launch, LIVE provides the following services:
Room design
Room analysis
Product recommendations
Product discovery
A directory for interior designers, including designer booking
Additional services may be introduced in future versions, including:
In-app purchases
Delivery services
Expanded designer booking services
Marketplace features
LIVE reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time.
The LIVE Application provides, at launch, guidance-based and interactive services including room design, space analysis, product recommendations and discovery, and a directory for booking interior designers.
The user acknowledges and understands that the Application is continuously under development, and the Company may, at its sole discretion, add new services, activate marketplace features, enable in-app purchases, introduce delivery and installation services, or modify or discontinue any existing services at any time.
Such modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services shall not give rise to any legal or financial liability on the part of the Company.
5. Disclaimer Regarding AI Outputs and Recommendations
All designs, layouts, furniture arrangements, and product recommendations generated through artificial intelligence technologies within the Application are approximate and for guidance and informational purposes only. They rely entirely on the data, measurements, and images provided by the user.
The Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy of such outputs, their correspondence to actual conditions, or their suitability for the actual dimensions, structural or architectural safety, or technical requirements of any space.
The user is solely responsible for independently verifying measurements, specifications, technical requirements, and product quality before proceeding with any purchase or implementation.
The user bears sole responsibility for any legal or financial consequences resulting from final purchasing or design decisions.
6. Product Information and Partner Brands
Product information displayed within the Application, including descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability, is based on information provided directly by third-party partner brands, and the Application assumes no responsibility for such information.
Prices and product details may be changed by their respective sources without prior notice.
The Company does not guarantee that any product will remain available after appearing in a design and shall not be responsible for any errors, discrepancies, or inaccuracies in prices or information provided by partner brands.
7. Purchases
At launch, LIVE operates solely as an intermediary and referral platform. All purchases are currently completed directly through the websites or showrooms of partner brands.
At this stage, the Application does not process or collect any payments.
Accordingly, the Company disclaims all legal and commercial responsibility for sales, delivery, installation, manufacturing defects, after-sales services, returns, or exchanges.
All such transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the selling partner brand. Any complaint or claim relating to such transactions must be directed directly to the relevant partner brand and shall not be the responsibility of the Application.
8. User Conduct
You may not upload or share content that is:
Illegal
Abusive
Infringing of intellectual property or copyright
Otherwise harmful in any manner
LIVE reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse of the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
The LIVE platform, its brand, logo, and all related outputs, text, software, algorithms, databases, design methodologies, and artificial intelligence workflows constitute intellectual property exclusively owned by and legally belonging to SAK Co. for Green Buildings and Facilities Applications.
The user acknowledges that the Application is currently operated as a project under the umbrella of the Company and not as an independent legal entity.
The Company reserves the right to transfer or assign ownership of the Application, its brand, and all related intellectual property rights to any independent legal entity that may be established in the future to manage the project.
The user or any third party is strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, or commercially exploiting the platform or its outputs without the prior written consent of the Company.

10. User-Uploaded Content
You retain ownership of any images, scans, or floor plans that you upload.
By uploading content, you grant LIVE permission to process such content to the extent necessary to provide our services.
LIVE may use uploaded content to improve products, conduct analytics, develop case studies. We will obtain your consent before using content you upload for public marketing purposes, in accordance with the LIVE Privacy Policy.
11. Service Availability
LIVE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services.
We may temporarily suspend the Application for maintenance, updates, or technical issues, and features may change over time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIVE shall not be liable for:
Design results
Purchasing decisions
Installation errors
Construction issues
Property damage
Product defects
LIVE is a design recommendation platform and is not a licensed architectural, engineering, or construction service.
No content within the Application constitutes professional advice. Users remain responsible for consulting qualified professionals before undertaking construction, renovation, or any other technical work.
13. Partner Brands
LIVE may remove partner brands from the platform and may update, remove, or replace partner products at its sole discretion.
The inclusion of any product within the Application does not mean that LIVE endorses or guarantees that product.
14. Future Monetization
The Company reserves the absolute right to monetize the Application in the future and to transition it, in whole or in part, to a paid model, including, without limitation:
Recurring subscription plans
Product listing fees
Sales commissions
Fees for certain features
Commercial advertising
The Company may modify such fees, their calculation, and their application at any time.
Users will be notified of new fees through the Application, and continued use of the services after such changes take effect shall constitute express acceptance of the new fees.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, followed by arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful, while retaining the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait as a last resort.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Your continued use of the Application after any changes become effective shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

18. Personal Data Protection and Cybersecurity
The Application is committed to protecting users’ personal data in accordance with the laws and regulations governing cybersecurity and data protection in the State of Kuwait.
The user agrees that the Application may collect, process, and store their data for the purposes of improving the service and personalizing the artificial intelligence experience.
The user must not attempt to hack the Application, use malicious software, extract data, or undertake any action that threatens the digital security or integrity of the platform.
The user shall bear full civil and criminal responsibility for any attempt to manipulate or compromise the Application’s infrastructure.
19. Force Majeure and Emergency Circumstances
The Company or the Application’s administration shall not be legally liable for any delay, failure to perform, or interruption of services resulting from causes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
Such circumstances include, without limitation:
Widespread disruptions to the global internet network
Hosting server outages
Large-scale cyberattacks, including DDoS attacks
Government decisions or legislative changes
Wars
Pandemics
Natural disasters
20. Indemnification and Release
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or costs, including legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
(a) the user’s misuse of the platform;
(b) the user’s violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions; or
(c) the user’s infringement of any third-party rights or violation of any applicable law in the State of Kuwait.
