1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LIVE mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by شركة ساك لتطبيقات المباني والمرافق الخضراء والصديقة للبيئة (“SAK Co.,” “LIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use LIVE. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You may register only one account per email address. Multiple accounts registered to the same email address are not permitted.

LIVE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may not be shared with other individuals.

LIVE reserves the right to remove accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months.

4. Platform Services

At launch, LIVE provides the following services: room design, room analysis, product recommendations, product discovery, and a designer directory/booking feature.

We may introduce additional services in future releases, including in-app purchases, delivery services, expanded designer booking, and marketplace features. LIVE reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time.

5. AI-Generated Content and Recommendations

Designs and recommendations generated by LIVE using artificial intelligence are provided for informational purposes only, based on the information and images you provide. LIVE does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated designs.

LIVE does not guarantee that any product recommended or displayed within a design will fit your space, match its dimensions, or otherwise be suitable for your intended use. You should independently verify product dimensions and specifications before purchasing.

You remain solely responsible for all final purchasing and design decisions made using the App.

6. Product Information and Partner Brands

Product information displayed in the App — including descriptions, pricing, and availability — is provided directly by our partner brands. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and LIVE is not responsible if a product becomes unavailable after being featured in a design.

7. Purchases

At launch, all purchases are completed directly through our partner brands, via their website or showroom. LIVE does not process payments at launch.

LIVE is not responsible for product delivery, installation, assembly, returns, or exchanges. If you purchase a product from a partner brand, that partner brand is solely responsible for handling any related returns or complaints.

8. User Conduct

You may not upload or share content that is:

• Illegal

• Offensive

• Infringing on copyright or other intellectual property rights

• Otherwise harmful

LIVE reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The LIVE platform, brand, logo, content, software, and related intellectual property are currently owned and operated by SAK Co. LIVE is presently a product/platform developed and managed under SAK Co. and is not incorporated as a separate legal entity. Should LIVE become a standalone entity in the future, ownership of this intellectual property may be transferred or assigned accordingly.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit LIVE’s platform, content, branding, database, or generated outputs without our permission. You may download, save, and use your own generated designs for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Ownership of AI-generated room designs is shared: you retain the right to use, download, save, print, and share designs generated for your personal use. LIVE retains ownership of the underlying platform, algorithms, templates, design methodology, AI workflows, and technology used to create those designs. Generated designs may not be used for commercial purposes.

10. User-Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of any photos, scans, and floor plans you upload. By uploading content, you grant LIVE permission to process it as necessary to provide our services.

LIVE may use uploaded content for product improvement, analytics, case studies, and AI training. We will obtain your consent before using your uploaded content for public marketing purposes, consistent with the LIVE Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

LIVE does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the App temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical issues, and features may change over time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIVE is not responsible or liable for:

• Design outcomes

• Purchasing decisions

• Installation errors

• Construction issues

• Property damage

• Product defects

LIVE is a design recommendation platform and is not a licensed architectural, engineering, or construction service. Nothing in the App constitutes professional advice, and users remain responsible for consulting qualified professionals before undertaking construction, renovation, or other technical work.

13. Partner Brands

LIVE may remove partner brands from the platform, and may update, remove, or replace partner products, at its discretion. The inclusion of a product within the App does not imply an endorsement or warranty of that product by LIVE.

14. Future Monetization

LIVE reserves the right to introduce subscription plans, listing fees, commissions, premium features, and advertising in the future. Pricing and service offerings may change over time.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation, followed by arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful, with the courts of Kuwait retaining jurisdiction as a final resort.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
