“LIVE” (“LIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mobile application operated by SAK COMPANY FOR GREEN AND ECO-FRIENDLY BUILDING APPLICATIONS AND FACILITIES APPLICATIONS (the “Company”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

By creating an account or using the LIVE application (the “App”) in any other way, you agree to the practices described below, including:

3. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

We use this information to create and manage your account, verify contact information when necessary, provide the App’s services, communicate with you regarding your account, and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect passwords and login information. We do not ask users to share their passwords with us outside the authorized login process.

We may also allow users to register or log in using third-party services such as Google or Apple. When you use these services, we may receive certain basic information that you permit the service provider to share with us, depending on your settings and the permissions you grant to the service provider.

3.2 Design and Usage Information

While using LIVE, we may collect information related to your use of the design features and services available through the App, including design preferences, budget preferences you provide, and designs or projects that you create or save to your account.

We use this information to enable you to save and manage your designs and projects, personalize your experience, provide content or recommendations relevant to your preferences, and improve and develop the App’s features and services.

3.3 Device Information

We may automatically collect certain technical information about the device you use to access the App and its services, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system, App version, and other technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the performance of the App.

We use this information to operate the App and provide its services, maintain security, diagnose technical issues, improve performance and user experience, and prevent unauthorized use or misuse of the services.

3.4 Room Photos, Videos, and Dimensions

LIVE may allow you to upload photos or videos of your space for the purpose of generating a design or extracting information necessary for the design process.

Photos: You may upload a photo of your room to use in generating a design. The photo is processed for this purpose, and we do not retain the original photo after processing is complete, in accordance with our technical deletion procedures. The resulting design is saved to your account and may be deleted according to the options available within the App.

Videos and 360-degree scans: You may upload a video of your space or use the 360-degree scanning feature. The video or scan data is processed to extract necessary information, such as space dimensions and lighting, for the purpose of generating a design or analysis. We do not retain the original video after processing is complete, in accordance with our technical deletion procedures.

Floor plans: LIVE does not currently collect or store floor plans.

Room dimensions: Room dimensions may be extracted or entered as part of the design process. These dimensions may be retained when associated with a design or project saved to your account, as described in the Data Retention section.

4. AI-Generated Designs and Analyses

4.1 How We Use Artificial Intelligence

LIVE uses artificial intelligence technologies to process images and videos uploaded by users for the purpose of generating space and room designs and providing design-related features.

Images and videos are processed for this purpose, and we do not retain the original images or videos after processing is complete, in accordance with our technical deletion procedures.

The resulting design and associated data may be saved to the user’s account, where applicable, to enable the user to access and use the design.

We do not use original images or videos uploaded by users to train artificial intelligence models unless the user is informed in advance and the necessary consent is obtained, where consent is required.

We may engage third-party technology or artificial intelligence service providers to perform certain processing activities necessary to provide LIVE’s services. In such cases, data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service and in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy safeguards.

4.2 Room Analysis

LIVE may provide a general analysis of a space or room using artificial intelligence technologies. Depending on the available features, this analysis may include observations or estimates relating to factors such as lighting, arrangement of elements, Biophilic Design, sustainability, and other design characteristics.

This analysis is provided for design purposes, general guidance, and to improve the user experience. It may rely on information, images or videos, dimensions, and other data available to the system.

The accuracy of results may vary depending on the quality of the inputs and surrounding conditions. Outputs may contain errors, inaccurate estimates, or incomplete information.

4.3 Disclaimer

The analyses, designs, and recommendations provided by LIVE, including outputs generated using artificial intelligence technologies, are intended for general guidance, support of the design process, and improvement of the user experience.

These analyses or recommendations do not constitute professional, engineering, architectural, electrical, or technical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for an assessment or advice from a qualified professional.

Users should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making or implementing any decision relating to construction, demolition, renovations, loads, lighting, electrical or mechanical systems, safety, or any other matter requiring professional assessment or approval.

5. Product and Partner Recommendations

LIVE may display or recommend products or services provided by third-party brands, suppliers, or commercial partners.

Product information, including prices, availability, specifications, and images, may be based on information provided by partners or suppliers. Such information may change from time to time without prior notice.

Users are advised to verify the final price, availability, specifications, and applicable terms directly with the partner or supplier before completing a purchase.

If a user purchases a product or service from one of our partners after accessing it through LIVE or as a result of a recommendation provided by LIVE, LIVE may receive a commission or other commercial benefit from the partner. This does not necessarily result in any additional cost to the user.

Products and recommendations are displayed to assist users with the design process and discovery of suitable products or services. A recommendation does not constitute a guarantee of the quality, suitability, or availability of a product or service.

The display or recommendation of any product or service does not mean that LIVE guarantees its availability, suitability, or quality, without prejudice to any rights or warranties available to the user under applicable law.

6. Purchases

Upon launch of the service, purchases of products or services are made directly through partners, either through their websites or at their showrooms, depending on the product or service.

LIVE does not currently process payments for these purchases and does not collect or store payment card information or other payment information relating to purchases made directly with partners.

When you visit a partner’s website, contact a partner, or complete a purchase with a partner, your transaction may be subject to that partner’s privacy policy and terms of use.

The partner may collect and process your information in accordance with its own policies.

The partner is responsible for processing the purchase, including payment, invoicing, delivery, returns, warranties, and after-sales service, as applicable and according to the terms applicable to your transaction.

LIVE may receive a commission from the partner when a purchase is completed through the App, without necessarily resulting in any additional cost to the user.

7. Marketing and Communications

Based on your consent, where consent is required, LIVE may send you marketing communications, including newsletters, promotional offers, offers relating to products or services provided by partners, and product or service updates.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing communications or through your account settings, depending on the available options.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect necessary communications relating to your account or services you have requested, such as security messages, service updates, or transaction-related notifications.

8. Analytics and Tracking

LIVE may use analytics tools and technologies to help us understand how the App is used, measure the performance of its features, identify technical issues, and improve our services and user experience.

Information collected through analytics tools may include technical information and information relating to App usage, such as device type, operating system, App version, features used, and interactions within the App.

When you move from the LIVE App to a partner’s website through a link or recommendation within the App, LIVE may record the click or referral to the partner, including information necessary to measure the effectiveness of recommendations and track commercial referrals.

We may use cookies or similar technologies, depending on the service or device used, to operate features, measure performance, analyze usage, and improve our services.

Some analytics or tracking data may be processed by third-party service providers on behalf of LIVE. Their access to such data is restricted to what is necessary to provide the services they are contracted to provide.

9. How We Share Your Information

We seek to limit access to user data to individuals and service providers who need access to operate LIVE and provide its services, in accordance with our established permissions and procedures.

We may share certain information with our commercial partners and third-party service providers when necessary to provide LIVE’s services, perform features requested by the user, measure the performance of recommendations and referrals, or improve our services.

Depending on the nature of the service and purpose of the sharing, information shared with partners may include:

• Aggregated or statistical data and analytics regarding App usage and usage trends.

• General geographic location, where relevant to the service or recommendations provided.

• Information or data associated with the final design, where sharing is necessary to provide a product or service recommendation or fulfill the user’s request.

We do not share the user’s name, email address, or phone number with partners for their own purposes unless we notify the user and obtain the necessary consent, or disclosure is permitted or required by law.

Sharing Designs with Partners

The final design generated for a user may be shared with the relevant partner when such sharing is necessary to provide a product or service recommendation or fulfill a request relating to the design.

We do not share the original photo or video uploaded by the user with the partner for this purpose.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user acknowledges that the final design and associated data may be shared with the relevant partner for the purposes described in this section, without requiring separate consent for each instance of sharing, unless separate consent is required by law or the data is used for a purpose different from those described in this Privacy Policy.

Certain data may be processed by technical service providers acting on behalf of LIVE, including hosting, analytics, or artificial intelligence processing providers. These providers’ access to data is restricted to what is necessary to provide the services they are contracted to provide.

10.1 Right of Access

You may directly view certain information associated with your account through your account settings within the LIVE App, depending on the available features.

You may also request additional information regarding the personal data LIVE holds about you, in accordance with the rights and procedures established under applicable laws and regulations.

10.2 Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at:

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will take appropriate steps to delete or remove the personal data associated with your account within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of account deletion, except where retaining certain data is necessary or permitted by law, for security purposes, to prevent fraud or misuse, resolve disputes, fulfill legal or regulatory obligations, or retain business records that we are required to retain.

Except where the retention of certain data is permitted or required by law, personal data associated with the account will be deleted within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of account deletion.

Where data is required for analytics or statistical purposes after account deletion, we will seek to use aggregated or de-identified data that cannot be linked to the user, where reasonably possible.

10.3 Updating and Correcting Your Information

You may review and update certain account information directly through your account settings within the LIVE App.

11. Data Retention

Generally:

Account information: We retain this information for as long as your account remains active, unless there is a need or legal obligation to retain certain data for a longer period.

Generated designs: Designs that are created and saved to your account are stored until you delete them or delete your account, unless there is a need or legal obligation to retain certain data for a longer period.

Original photos: Photos uploaded for the purpose of generating a design are processed, and we do not retain the original photo after processing is complete, in accordance with our technical deletion procedures.

Room analysis results and dimensions: Analysis results and dimensions associated with a design or project may be stored in your account to enable you to use the relevant features until you delete them or delete your account, unless there is a need or legal obligation to retain them for a longer period.

Videos and scan data: Videos or scan data necessary to extract dimensions and information required for design or analysis are processed, and we do not retain the original video after processing is complete, in accordance with our technical deletion procedures.

After the applicable retention period ends, we take appropriate steps to delete personal data, anonymize it, or make it no longer linkable to the user, depending on the nature of the data and the available technical means.

12. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss, or unauthorized destruction.

Depending on the nature of the data and service, these measures may include protecting accounts and passwords, encrypting data during transmission and at rest where appropriate, using suitable cloud hosting and storage services, implementing internal access and permission controls, monitoring systems, and taking measures to reduce the risks of unauthorized access.

We review and update our security measures from time to time in accordance with the nature of the data, the risks associated with its processing, and relevant technological developments.

However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your data will be protected from all risks or security incidents, despite our commitment to taking appropriate measures to protect it.

LIVE is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older, and users must meet this age requirement to create an account or use the App.

We take appropriate measures to verify that users meet the applicable age requirement in accordance with the mechanism adopted within the App, and we do not permit individuals under 18 years of age to create an account or use LIVE’s services.

If we become aware that a user under 18 years of age has created an account or provided us with personal data, we will take appropriate steps to suspend the account and delete the associated personal data, unless retaining certain data is necessary or required by law.

The photos, videos, designs, and other materials that you upload or enter into the LIVE App remain owned by you or the applicable rights holders. Your use of the App does not transfer ownership of such materials to LIVE.

As described in this Privacy Policy, original photos and videos that you upload are processed for design purposes, and we do not retain them after processing is complete in accordance with our technical deletion procedures.

Designs and results generated through the App are stored in your account as described in the Data Retention section.

LIVE may use certain data resulting from use of the App, such as aggregated data or data from which elements that could link it to a particular user have been removed, for analytical and statistical purposes, to improve products and services, and to develop and test artificial intelligence systems and technologies.

We do not use original photos or videos that you upload to train artificial intelligence models unless we inform you in advance and obtain the necessary consent, where consent is required.

Nothing in this section grants LIVE the right to publicly publish your content. We will not publicly publish your photos, videos, or designs associated with you for display or marketing purposes without obtaining your prior consent, unless disclosure is permitted or required by law.

The use of aggregated or de-identified data for analytics or service development does not affect your ownership of the original content you provided.

15. Future Features and Services

LIVE may add new features or services to the App over time, including, for example, in-app payments, designer bookings, marketplace features, delivery services, or other related services.

These new features may require the collection or processing of additional types of personal data or the sharing of certain data with third parties to the extent necessary to provide and perform the service.

In such cases, we will update this Privacy Policy to explain the data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the parties with whom it may be shared, retention periods, and any additional rights or choices available to users, as required by law.

We will publish the updated version of the Privacy Policy within the App or on the website and will indicate the date of the latest update.
