1. Introduction

LIVE (“LIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mobile application operated by شركة ساك لتطبيقات المباني والمرافق الخضراء والصديقة للبيئة (“the Company”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or otherwise using the LIVE app (the “App”), you agree to the practices described below.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account Information

Creating an account is required to use LIVE. When you register, we collect your:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Gender

• Password

• Country

You may also register or sign in using a third-party account, including Google or Apple.

3.2 Design and Usage Information

As you use the App, we collect information related to your design activity, including your design preferences, budget preferences, and the designs you save to your account.

3.3 Device Information

We may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, device type, operating system, and app version.

3.4 Room Photos, Videos, and Dimensions

• Photos: You may upload a photo of your room so LIVE can generate a design. We do not save the original photo — only the final generated design is stored.

• Videos / 360° scans: You may upload a video of your space. It is used only to capture dimensions and lighting, and is not saved.

• Floor plans: LIVE does not currently collect floor plans.

• Room dimensions: Dimensions are captured as part of the design process.

Because original photos and videos are never stored, there is no source file retained for you to separately delete. The final generated design — which does not include your original image — is saved to your account and can be deleted by you at any time.

4. AI-Generated Designs and Analysis

4.1 How AI Is Used

Uploaded photos and videos are processed using artificial intelligence to generate a room design. As noted above, the original image or video is discarded after processing; only the resulting design is retained.

4.2 Room Analysis

LIVE provides a general analysis of your space, which may touch on considerations such as lighting, sustainability, and biophilic design, among other factors.

4.3 Disclaimer

The analyses and recommendations provided by LIVE are intended as general guidance to support the design process. They should not be considered professional, engineering, architectural, or technical advice, and may not always be accurate. Users should consult the appropriate qualified professional before making decisions related to lighting, construction, renovations, electrical systems, or other technical aspects of a project.

5. Product Recommendations and Partners

LIVE may recommend products from partner brands. Pricing for these products comes directly from our partners. Prices and product availability may change without notice, and LIVE is not responsible for the accuracy of pricing or availability information supplied by partners.

6. Purchases

At launch, purchases are completed directly through our partners — either on the partner’s website or in-store at a partner showroom. LIVE does not process payments directly and does not store any payment information.

7. Marketing and Communications

With your consent, LIVE may send newsletters, promotions, partner offers, and product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in those messages or through your account settings.

8. Analytics and Tracking

LIVE may use analytics tools to help us understand how the App is used and to improve our services. LIVE also tracks when users click through from the App to a partner’s website.

Note for internal review: specific analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) and the use of cookies/tracking technologies were not finalized in the source questionnaire — confirm before publishing.

9. How We Share Your Information

User data is accessible only to LIVE’s founders. We share limited data with our partners only where it is relevant to them — specifically, aggregated user analytics, usage trends, and general geographic location. We do not share your personal details (such as your name, email address, or phone number) with partners, except as described below.

The final design generated for you may be shared with our partners as part of the product recommendation and fulfillment process. LIVE never has access to your original uploaded photo — only to the final generated design, which may be shared with partners without requiring a separate approval from you beyond your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

10. Your Rights

10.1 Access

Beyond the information visible directly within your account, LIVE does not currently offer a formal process for requesting access to the data we hold about you.

Flagged for legal review: data access rights are often a statutory requirement (e.g., under GDPR/CCPA). Confirm this position with counsel before publishing.

10.2 Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting Support@tryliveapp.com. Certain data may be retained after deletion where necessary for legal, security, analytics, fraud-prevention, or business record-keeping purposes.

10.3 Updating Your Information

You may update your account information at any time from within the App.

11. Data Retention

• Account information: retained while your account remains active. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be removed.

• Generated designs: stored in your account; the original uploaded photo is erased immediately after the design is generated.

• Room analysis results: stored in your account; the original video used to produce the analysis is never stored.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including password protection, encryption, secure cloud storage, and access controls.

13. Children’s Privacy

LIVE is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under this age, we will take steps to delete it.

14. Ownership and Use of Content

Photos and other content you upload remain your property. As described above, LIVE does not retain your original uploaded photos or videos. The final designs generated through the App are stored in your account. LIVE may use submitted content and generated data, in aggregated or de-identified form, to improve our products and to train our AI systems. We will not share your content publicly without your prior consent.

15. Future Features

LIVE may introduce additional features over time, including in-app payments, designer booking, and marketplace functionality; delivery services may also be introduced in the future. This Privacy Policy will be updated as needed to reflect any new services, and your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices.
